商业写字楼内主要是中小型企业，这些用户对网络带宽和安全性的需求并不很高，PLC宽带接入就可以满足用户的要求。 写字楼的接入采用FTTB+以太网+PLC的方案，光纤到楼。安装一台交换机或集线器，作为楼宇的交换设备，在楼层做以太网的综合布线，保证100M带宽到楼层。在楼层配电间安装PLC局端设备，根据企业用户需要的端口数划分共享区域。端口数较多的用户可*享一台PLC设备，端口数少的用户可共享PLC设备。 信号通过电力线传输到办公房间，通过PLC Modem到达用户的计算机。采用PLC接入的企业，不需在办公室内作布线，利用电力线就可实现高速上网，同时可以组建企业的内部局域网。
